BOSAL interior doors, constructed and manufactured exclusively according to the required measures, provide excellent insulation, long-therm usage, as well as limitless possibilities in finishing and fitting into the interior.

The wing is made of extruded plywood, coated on both sides with MDF – which can be lacquered with polyurethane in more than 200 colours from RAL Card, or veneered with natural veneers in more than 30 shades, on customers’ request.

The possibility of vertical and horizontal veneering, application moldings ……, and the choice of 25 flutings, mean that customers’ chosen door will fit perfectly in their home or office interior.

Technical details

BOSAL interior doors, as well as safety ones, are manufactured exclusively according to the required measures. Broad choice of door models has a purpose to ensure fitting into almost every interior concept.

  1. Wooden door wing frame 32x60mm
  2. Extruded plywood filling 32mm
  3. MDF 6mm, with finishing chosen by customer (polyurethane selected from RAL Card, natural veneer)
  4. Basic door frame manufactured of MDF, with plywood or wooden enforcement localised on parts where fixed bars and lock are positioned. Holes between wall and door frame are filled with spray foam.
  5. Italian lock and door handle
  6. The frame and the wing are bound by 3 high-quality hinges

Hotel doors

BOSAL hotel doors collection is, like the classic interior doors, manufactured exclusively according to the required measures and customers’ preferences. Broad selection of door models has a purpose to fit into any hotel interior.

This collection has its usage in catering facilities and is created to be in alignment with characteristics of customers’ interior projects, as well as with the conditions and regulations required for this type of facilities.

Doors have been certified 30 minutes anti-fire protection, as well as Grade I sound insulation protection with sound transmission loss of 33db.

BOSAL hotel interior wooden door characteristics are the following:

  • dry instalation
  • anti-fire resistance and the function of anti-smoke
  • hotel cylinder lock
  • possibility of card reader implementation
  • massive, wooden looks which fits perfectly into almost any interior
  • door wings 62 mm wide
  • anti-fire certificate T=30min
  • sound insulation to the extent of 33db, which can be expanded up to 36db by adding an additional elements.

Technical details of Hotel doors

  1. Door wing frame manufactured of MDF 35 x 42 mm, with additional slow-burning wooden frame 45 x 42 mm
  2. Fire proof filling 42 mm
  3. Fire proof MDF board 100 mm, with finishing chosen by customer (polyurethane selected from RAL Card, natural veneer)
  4. Basic door frame manufactured of fire proof MDF, with enforcement localized on parts where fixed bars and lock are positioned. Holes between wall and door frame are filled with spray foam.
  5. Hotel cylinder lock and HOPPE door handle
  6. Possibility of card reader implementation (on request)
  7. The frame and the wing are bound by 4 high-quality hinges
  8. Rubber seals and two lines of expanding anti-fire tapes placed on the entire edge of door frame

Certificates

The only certified security door on the market.

Hotel doors from our production are certified to be fire-resistant up to T=30min, and sound insulated to 33dB, but with additional elements up to 36dB.
