The lateral side of the door wing is covered with a metal profile. This technical solution provides easy access to the lock during regular servicing.
In the case that the wing or the metal profile is damaged, it is easy to replace the damaged part.

Technical details
- Grid made of square steel tubes (40x30x1mm) in the door wing.
- Sheet metal 1mm in thickness.
- Double square steel tube frame (50x40x1mm + 50x30x1mm)
- 40mm thick sponge as a sound insulation.
- Safety lock, lockable in three directions and three points (two types of locks available)
- Three fixed bars for protection against break-in at the hinges.
- Plywood sheets on the on the outer and inner sides of the door wing are 8mm thick.
- Metal threshold (30x20x1mm) coated with wood.
- Double sealing gaskets (on the frame and on the door wing).

Locks
Motura 40.741
The security lock „Mottura 40.741“ blocks the door in 3 directions and 3 points, in combination with 3 fixed bars on the back, providing maximum safety.
The lock comes with with three factory-packed keys that are opened and tested in front of the customer.
In case of loss of the original keys, the heart of the lock can be quickly and efficiently replaced with a new one. The customer gets a new set of keys, while the old ones become unusable.
Mul-T-lock MPL 212
The safety lock cylinder „Mul-T-lock MPL 212“ blocks the door in 3 directions and 5 points (with 3 additional bars on the back), providing maximum safety.
On the outer side, it has a special shield that prevents drilling or breaking the cylinder, while on the inner side it has a quick handle that makes it easier to lock and unlock the door. The lock is equipped with a unique high-quality Mul-T-lock cylinder exclusively designed for BOSAL. It comes with five original BOSAL keys, which are opened and tested in front of the customer.
